TUES-FRI . Repairs and Service orders get processed in turn and should take no longer than 14days to turn around. In some situations our customers will discover that an abundance of other highly affordable and often better options to servicing the old, sit right on our shelves. If that were to occur in your situation; we will gladly waive the disposal fee of your old unit. There is a Minimum fee of $75 due at time of drop off. The Customer can deny further service upon hearing the findings and estimates of our technicians however this is a pre-paid service for Tech Time of diagnosis and is non-refundable. If the customer approves the service it is applied to the first hour of service. Each additional hour is $75p/hr. Plus Parts & Tax. If we find the unit to be completely unrecoverable we will waive the disposal fee as well as and offer you a $25 discount off any of our available merchandise at that time.
